Purpose Statement

The CLT Assessment is used by schools to evaluate the performance of their content teams. This tool provides valuable insights into four key areas: Structure, Accountability, Norms, and Continuous Quality Improvement. The assessment results are utilized to create a customized learning program for the school, focusing on improving effectiveness in each of these areas. This course aids school employees in understanding the foundational elements of the CLT assessment and developing best practices for its implementation with their staff.

Empathy Map

I created an empathy map to understand the thoughts and feelings of the stakeholders responsible for implementing the CLT Assessment. This process allowed me to view the issue from their perspective and empathize with their emotions.

Storyboard

I created a storyboard as a visual representation of my training course's narrative. In this document, I outlined the framework for the eLearning course I planned to develop. Instructional design principles guided the storyboarding process, helping to organize and present the course content in an engaging manner for learners.
