Certifications
As an lifelong learner, I continuously pursue knowledge to enhance my ability to contribute value to both my organization and others. Please feel free to explore some of the certification programs I've successfully completed.

eLearning Design
The Graduate Certificate in eLearning Design at the University of Georgia allowed me to master the skills and processes involved in designing, developing, and evaluating instructional content, utilizing various computer-based development tools such as graphics, media, and software. The curriculum covers instructional design, learning theory, project management, and evaluation, emphasizing collaborative work in teams to create multimedia, electronic performance support systems, internet resources, and other technology-enhanced learning environments. Additionally, the certificate program explores the realm of online teaching and learning, addressing instructional strategies, innovations, and issues from setting up elements in a Learning Management System to the delivery and interactions in an online class. The final component involves planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating technology-based education and training projects in diverse settings.

Master Instructional Designer
The ATD Master Instructional Designer® Program provided me with a profound understanding of implementing ADDIE across various modalities, allowing for the exploration of cutting-edge design models and engagement with real-world projects.
I applied instructional design models to create behavior-changing learning solutions, considering factors that shape the design and using research and evidence-based practices for critical decisions, including formulating measurable learning objectives. I collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to curate, create, and review content, incorporate adult learning theories and brain science, and address organizational and learner needs in designing solutions across modalities.
I utilized various formats like formal classroom training, virtual classrooms, blended learning, online learning, and informal approaches, making decisions to achieve learning outcomes. Finally, I employed storyboards, prototypes, visual representations, and design thinking approaches early in the design process, managed training course production and quality assurance, and established a plan for assessing course effectiveness, identifying appropriate evaluation techniques to communicate the business impact of learning solutions.

Project Management
The Project Management Certificate at Emory University formally prepared me to manage projects from conception to completion.
The certificate program emphasized the critical aspects of project management, covering concepts, tools, and techniques. This program prepared me to apply a project management methodology detailing the project manager's role across competency areas. The practical aspects include developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), crafting a Statement of Work (SOW), creating schedules with Critical Path identification, establishing budgets, and employing tools for effective project communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk management.

ATD Articulate Certification
In the ATD Articulate Storyline Certification, I finetuned my ability to create compelling and interactive presentations with multimedia elements such as audio, video, and graphics, incorporating features like click-to-reveal interactions, knowledge questions, and custom actions while also recording screen demonstrations, customizing player interfaces, and publishing projects for both standard and mobile devices.

AI Prompt Engineering
In the DavidsonX: AI Prompt Engineering for Beginners certificate program, I utilized AI to generate an initial draft for written content, leveraged its capabilities to refine tone and clarity iteratively, demonstrated proficiency in integrating generative AI into daily planning activities, and ensured effective utilization by providing descriptive inputs with clear context and instructions for generating relevant responses.

Camtasia Explorer Certification
Through instructional videos, practice activities, and assessments, this certification reviewed the foundational elements of Camtasia.
